Having grown up in Dehradun, Ajay Chauhan had an insight into the problems and dreams in small-town India. Already seeing the challenges that start-ups and small businesses were facing up-close and personally, he had dreamt of building a company that could fill in the gaps, financially, technologically and sustainably. As a former business management major, Ajay saw every obstacle as a chance to grow and develop his own unique way of leading.

On December 30, 2019 Tulyarth was established as a company with Ajay Chauhan as director. Since its early days, Tulyarth had been therefrom as a services company with its primary business focus on financial consulting, digital makeover and business optimizations. Ajay hired a hands on leadership team consisting of fellow principals Harish Joshi and Sanjay Chauhan, and set the tone for a collegial, innovative culture with a high premium on taking initiative.
